I found this wonderful tutorial on the "Skip To My Lou" blog a couple of months ago for a crayon roll. Since then, I have made several for little gifts for my daughter's friends. They are very easy to make and take very little time to whip up. I have loved going to the quilting store and looking for fat quarters in fun prints to use for them. The only thing I normally do different on my crayon rolls is that I topstitch the rick rack to the crayon side of the roll instead of trying to sew it between the two layers. That works easier for me but that is just me. It is so amazing how many fun things you can find out how to make through tutorials and websites...thank you Skip to my Lou!!!
