Pattern Testing - The Cece Top and Dress by Popolok Design

As many of you know, I was chosen to test a PDF pattern by a designer of children and teen clothing.  The designer is Alviana from Popolok Design.  She sent us the pattern and directions via email and then we had a week to make either the top or dress and send back pictures and comments on what we thought of the pattern and if we changed anything while making it.

I decided to make the size 10 Cece top and used my daughter Lauren as the model since she is closest to that size.  It is an intermediate pattern because of the invisible zipper used in the back and it is almost fully lined.  It was a great pattern to test and even challenged me a bit in some areas.

Today is the official release date of the pattern!  You can go to her Etsy shop (she also sells this in smaller sizes for children) and buy the pattern for Tweens/Teens at 20% for 24 hours only using the code CECETEEN.  HERE is a link to the listing.  Do you recognize the girl on the product cover?  Yes, it's my daughter Lauren.  Here are some more pictures of the Cece top that I made.

If you have any questions about the pattern, I can try to help and answer it for you.  I do think my Level 2 beginners who have some projects under their belts can handle this project.
